Everytime I’m invited to do something I have this moment of panic and think “what will I send, do I have anything?” Then I have this moment when my innerself says”look in the boxes stupid.” The pile of boxes is about four feet high now, and each one is full of 12×12 inch paintings. I begin to wonder about myself somedays.

Das Wort "Something" habe ich in Lady Budds Blog gefunden - Plato benutzt es in seinem Zitat:
“Wise men speak because they have something to say; fools because they have to say something.”
Meint Plato das Plappern oder den "Kopf ausstülpen" mit dem letzten Teil seines Zitates? Oder Irre ich mich da? Plappern muss nicht dumm sein, nur unkontrolliert.
Solche Gedanken mache ich mir oft bei handwerklichen Tätigkeiten wie das Blumen pflanzen.
