#920.

I didn’t think I was getting much painting done over the Easter holiday, but I’ve still managed to get to #920 in my Long Series of 12×12 inch paintings. I’ve also noticed a change in the last group I’ve been working on. They seem rougher, cruder, and chunkier than many of the earlier pieces. I like how they are turning out.

I will admit that I’ve been thinking about Miro lately, and I see a bit of his influence in a few of the latest. I probably should try and avoid Miro’s influence, but maybe I will let it play out, and see where I go with it.

Only eighty paintings to go in this series and I will be done.
