Here I am reading a book about Tracey Emin. She’s one of those artists that people either love or hate. I think she’s great. I’m especially fond of her blanket pieces. I like her early do it yourself attitude, and I like that she does the work herself. She’s also entertaining and funny. how do you feel about her?

The drawings are great, and it’s an interesting technique that she uses to make them.

I’ve grown to like her and her work more over the years..at first I think I found it really threatening but now I really admire her openness and bravery..

I didn’t know much about her aside from the pieces that made her sensational, but upon further reading in wikipedia she does indeed sound like a very interesting complicated artist and person–thanks for sharing!
