I though it would be interesting to to something with some of the cardboard that is in my studio. I’ve glued a 16×20 piece onto some stretcher bars, and maybe I’ll use it as a support for a painting or a collage.

Today’s interesting thing is BALTIC Bites, a series of podcasts from the BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art.

This painting has been in my work pile for a long time, and it’s a mixture of different papers and materials. As I was working on it I struggled to keep the paint from slipping on the papers strangely glossy surface. An interesting experiment that got away from me and it’s another one for the pile.
