Back in 2011 I sent a box of unfinished Long Series paintings to the UK, and a number of artists worked on my project, and then the box came back to me. I’ve been slowly working on the paintings in the box. It is interesting trying to identify who worked on the paintings. I believe I see the hand of Andrew Parkinson in this one.

I do like them, and I intend on keeping the box together. I find the process of working with others on a project like this very interesting. It seems to refresh my approach to working. I end up seeing things in a new light so to speak. They are familiar yet very different from what I would normally do. I find it oddly exciting, and challenging.
