An introduction can be a wonderful thing. You can meet interesting people, and make new friends. You can be introduced to your new favorite foods, books, music, or artist.

I’d like to introduce you to some of my favorite artists. Some of whom I’ve been familiar with for years, and others I’ve only recently been introduced to.

The person I’d like to introduce is the artist Danielle Borremans.

“I have practiced drawing and painting since the 80s, successively in Côte d’Ivoire, Spain, India and Belgium. My background is eclectic: university, graduate school with an emphasis in drawing and painting, professional detours in the theater and singing. Since the ’90s, along with various theatrical and stage experience, my plastic work seeks to make visible the invisible. The form appears in the middle of the empty space, this space-time that feeds my work between human and Suprahuman.” DB
